What is Holistic Recharge Therapy?

Recharge therapy is a form of therapy designed to help those who are exhausted or have experienced trauma to find inner peace and improve their well-being. As a recharge therapist, I work holistically, meaning I focus on the body, soul, and mind.

As a Certified SLH Recharge Therapist®,

I use various methods such as mindfulness, meditation, stress management, and personal and spiritual development to help you release stress and calm the mind, tailored to your situation and daily life. My goal is to help you live the life you truly desire, the life that brings you peace and well-being.

How Does It Work?

Everyone has their own unique journey, but to simplify the therapeutic method, it can be broken down into three main steps:

1) Grounding and Letting Go

The first step in recovery often involves grounding yourself and letting go. It’s about accepting what is and releasing the need for performance, struggle, and striving.

2) Self-Reflection

After prolonged stress, burnout, or a life crisis, it's common to need to rediscover yourself. Together, we'll explore new perspectives so you can find your own path, at a pace that suits you.

3) The Path Forward

Once you’ve made progress in your recovery, you’ll be supported in connecting more deeply with yourself, enabling you to make new decisions based on your heart and intuition. You’ll start to see the way forward.

Recovery is about finding your way back home.

When we start working together, we will create a new way of living, in which you adopt a broader perspective on life, leading to greater self-esteem and a deeper love for life.

A New Path Forward

Recovery is not about returning to the old ways. Often, we need to get to know ourselves in a new way to find the path forward. Only then can lasting changes take place.

It’s also about finding new ways to relate to circumstances, emotions, and physical challenges. There is often a deeper cause behind exhaustion than what is immediately visible.
