At Soulgeist, I offer services as a SLH Diplomerad Återhämtningsterapeut (Certified Recharge Therapist). This certification is approved by the Svenska Friskvårdsförbundet and the Kroppsterapeuternas Yrkesförbund.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including:

- Meditation
- Stress management

I operate under confidentiality regulations set forth by Swedish law, including:
